Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Acoris Advisory collects and uses your personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We keep it short and in plain language.

1. Who we are

Acoris Advisory, Mumbai, run by Hridesh Singh. For any privacy question, write to info@acorisadvisory.com.

2. What we collect

The details you enter in our enquiry forms: your name, company, role, email, phone, website, revenue range and your answers. We also collect basic website analytics.

3. Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Your consent

We process your details on the basis of the consent you give in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, as easily as you gave it.

5. Who else handles it

The tools that store and send it on our behalf: Google Workspace for our lead records and email, Cloudflare for hosting, Google Analytics for website analytics, and Supabase if our lead records move to a database.

6. How long we keep it

For up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a summary of your data, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

8. Complaints

Email us first and we will respond within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

10. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits anonymously without cookies.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
